Bülent Ün received undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law and completed his education in 1999. He started his professional career in 1987 as an accounting staff at Gemiciler Boya Kimyevi Maddeler company and progressed by increasing his experience in the business world.

In 1990, he worked as the Accounting Manager at Istanbul Köseoğlu Turizm ve Sağlık Hizmetleri company, and then worked as the Accounting and Finance Manager at Tura Soğutma company. Ün started working as the Financial Affairs Manager at Akçelik Group in 1995 and continued this duty until 1998. He later worked as the Financial Affairs Manager at Velka Group, joined Baltech Group as CFO in 2010 and currently keeps that position.

Throughout his long career, Bülent Ün has updated his knowledge and experience with professional seminars and courses organized by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce, ISO, İSMMMO and various private organizations. He continues his work at Baltech to provide the necessary support for the company's next successes, with his ability to create a sense of trust in business relations and his ability to produce practical solutions with legislation.
