Kerem Ertan, a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, started his career in the banking sector in 1987. Between 2015 and 2017, he served as the CEO of Göztepe Sports Club based in İzmir. During this period, he restructured the administrative, financial, organizational and sports business processes, created annual business plans, diversified the club's income sources and carried out successful projects in the field of marketing communication. Previously, he served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for brand management, marketing, corporate communications and foreign investments at Digiturk and Inteltek, and achieved great success in the sale of the Super League naming rights.

Ertan has been serving as the COO of Galatasaray Sports Club since 2018 and plays an important role in the club management. Kerem Ertan, who has been a board member at Baltech since 2018, transfers his experiences in many different fields to every aspect of the company, especially his successes in senior management positions in sports clubs and the media industry.
