Emin Durukan, who completed his education in Business Management at Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, has been working as the General Manager at Baltech Group, of which he is one of the founding partners, since 2009.  

He previously worked as a Marketing and Customer Representative at Velka Tekstil, and in this position, he took on duties such as initiating first contact with customers through frequent visits, making effective presentations of the company, corresponding with foreign customers, preparing offers in line with customers' needs and closing sales agreements. Then, he worked as the Marketing and Partner Coordination at Betandwin. During this process, he assumed responsibilities such as providing support for gaining new registrations by constantly communicating with business partners and actively seeking to bring new business partners to the system. Additionally, he gained experience in various marketing and management positions in companies such as Turkish Voice (NY) and Keymedia, managed and coordinated various projects in these processes. With his experience in financial planning and management, information technology, communication, strategic planning and process development, Durukan has achieved a strong position in the business world.  

As the Chairman of the Board of Directors with extensive experience in professional business life and charitable work, his diplomatic skills in developing business relationships, persuasion, bringing together communities, facilitating and building consensus among different people are the most important elements that enable Baltech Group to maintain and strengthen its current position.
